Grazziela was very responsive and even gave me a full tutorial on how to use her Tesla. I had to messege her with several questions and she was very nice and patient with me.

First time driving a Tesla and I’m pretty sure it ruined regular cars for me forever. Smooth, quiet, and at one point I swear it was doing a better job driving than I would’ve.
Grazziela was awesome—walked me through all the features without making me feel like I needed an engineering degree, gave clear directions, and was super quick to respond anytime I had a question.
Thanks again, Grazziela—next time I rent, I might not go back to gas-powered like a caveman.
