Pick up and drop off was flawless , it was super quick and easy . When I first arrived to the vehicle I had trouble getting access into the vehicle (my fault btw ) . But when I needed assistance they were quick to respond with a solution.

My mother unexpectedly passed away and I originally booked a white 2023 Tesla model 3 to travel back home to Charleston, SC from Orlando, Florida in order to attend her memorial service and begin the probate and legal process. Unfortunately, after booking the white Tesla model 3, it was no longer available for some reason but the host was very kind and accommodating by promptly offering me a different 2023 Tesla model 3 instead which I accepted. Also, during my return trip several other unforseen issues delayed my return and the host worked with me on those as well to help mitigate the extra expenses as much as Turo would allow. Five stars and more!
