The owner did not enable the Full Self-Driving (FSD) feature, which is one of the main reasons to experience a Tesla. Additionally, the owner failed to provide adequate support when I encountered an issue with the car key. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend renting from this owner.
