There was no parking ticket, no clear instructions how to get the key, I had to pay to let the parking garage

The car was awesome! Just like the pictures and in very good condition. I’m only giving a four stars because I messaged them on the app, texted them on their numbers they sent, and called them the day of the booking about where to park and they never got back to me. We figured it out though. No hiccups throughout our trip.

Car was great. Communicating with the host was a bit confusing as automated messages seemed to be generated that obviously didn't take into account my previous messages. The app is also annoying in that it doesn't really allow simple changes (like returning the car easily).
