Car shakes while idle so I put it in Neutral. Hated the pick up/ drop off location. Has to be some known issues with the car for the owner to mention should anything happen “don’t take it to my own mechanic”. That is not assuring safety for the customer. The car was too much for what it offered

We really appreciated this rental and the host's communication. The host was immediately responsive and replied quickly whenever we reached out, which made the entire experience much smoother. The car was available right when we needed it and helped us get where we needed to go.
The only issues we noticed were that the key wouldn't unlock the passenger-side door, and there was a noticeable vibration/shaking when driving over 60 mph. Other than those concerns, the vehicle got us through our trip and served its purpose well.
Thank you again for being so responsive and for helping us out when we needed a vehicle on short notice. We truly appreciate it! 😊
