Quality of the car was great. I had absolutely no issues the entire time. The host is incredible with his communication, and replies back within a reasonable time. He also went above and beyond for me! 10/10 recommend.

The car was clean, did have an issue with it running right when I got it and the owner said it was possibly because of the catalytic converter not being installed correctly but a 2 second lag when changing gears in an automatic doesn't cause that. He then tried to give me his personal vehicle that was "on turo" he said he spoke with Turo and that they approved everything but when I spoke with them, they stated they didn't have the car in the system. I told him I wouldn't drive the car without insurance, his response was he has state farm and it will be fine I still didn't want to and just waited for Turo to cancel the trip and book me a new one. I'm giving a three instead of a one or two star because I know some of it wasn't his fault and also because he gave a 25 dollar gift card which was nice.
