The staff upon picking the car up let me and my friends stand in the hot sun without communicating that they weren’t done cleaning the car. It was 20 mins passed time for the car to be due and we’re just standing there being told NOTHING. Finally get in the car and it was literally the worst car I’ve ever driven. Lights on the dash board came on and off for reasons unknown. The air in the car didn’t work when stationary, in the middle of MAY ! I’d probably never use turo again after this and I’m a first timer. This turned me off completely.

Would make a bit of noise when pressing the gas and the ac wouldn't be as cold when It's really hot outside but beside that it was pretty good

AC is broken. Host did nothing about it and told me to bring the car in. I asked if I could get another car and was told they had no other cars. I had to call Turo to pick it up because it was 90 degrees and I wasn’t going to drive an hour in this heat! I’m still waiting to approval to get a refund.
No smoking allowed
