The handles on the car are about to fall off. The car cut out on me at the light. The check engine came on. They weren’t able to give me a replacement.
We’re sorry there was an issue during your trip. As soon as you notified us, we provided support right away. After the vehicle was returned, we inspected it, identified a faulty sensor, and replaced it. Since then, the car has been running properly. This is a well-maintained 10-year-old vehicle in good condition. The claim about the door handles is false: they are not broken, not falling off, and were never “about to fall off.”
