Was a good rental experience overall for a last minute booking. Car did shake at lower speeds and has a very noticeable creek in the steering unit. And Car arrived to the pickup lot an hour after reserved time and was made to seem as if it was there the entire time I searched for it. Like I said, not a bad experience but some things could’ve been done to make a more concise rental process.

The vehicle has some minor damage to the driver side. It shakes really bad and have severe mechanical issues the CV joints on the driver side front and back are gone if someone were to drive that it could be a fatality because you could lose your steering the host insisted that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I was hoping that they would do the right thing considering I rent from Turo regularly and this is the first time that I’ve had a bad experience.

You can be firm without calling the guest a liar directly. Here's a stronger response:

Claims that the CV joints were "gone" or that the vehicle was unsafe are simply untrue. If the vehicle had actually been in the condition described, the trip would not have been completed without an immediate report or roadside
