We were positively blown away with William and the MINI itself! This has been my dream car for years so this was a phenomenal experience to drive. We received easy and concise directions for pick up/returns. This was also my first time using Turo and I felt that all communications were clear and timely. If I am ever back in Orlando, I hope to snag this car again.
We stayed for three days and this was the perfect car for getting around the greater Orlando area. Thank you for the amazing experience and having this car available!

Nice car but major electronic issues. I.e. Back up camera, sound volume, tire pressure sensor. Not a mechanic but something is jacked up. Drives and runs fine.

Car quality was great. A/C worked great. No engine lights or car trouble. Slight glitch with the audio volume, but the rest of it was great. Fun little zippy car to have at the beach. Mike was quick to respond as our previous Turo rental cancelled at the last minute. We were literally at the airport with no vehicle. Mike came to the rescue to make sure we weren't stuck. Easy pickup / dropoff and key access. Thanks!
