Car was not in good condition, tires were old and bald, brake pads were almost down to metal, and front lip was half hanging off when we picked up the vehicle. Tire ended up blowing out on me on the highway almost causing me to crash. Not a great experience.

Host to host, Juan could make some improvements. There are no messages saying how to use the convertible top of the car or any functions of the car. For people unfamiliar with it, that can make renting the car very confusing and more difficult for many guests. Additionally, the untimely responses both before and after the trip are something Juan should address. Apart from telling us that he will unlock the car remotely and the check engine light was on, he barely responded to any inquiry that we had. As a host myself, I hope that Juan considers some changes to help future guests of his have a better and more seamless experience on the road. Thanks for the use of your car.
