Juan left the car keys at my hotel lobby, gave every instruction by phone and everything went fine. The car is well preserved considering its age. I definitely would rent it again!

Car needed brakes and Juan immediately got it fixed for me and gave me another car to drive while he did the repairs I got the car back within the next hour it was great customer service thank you Juan

Car was not in good condition, tires were old and bald, brake pads were almost down to metal, and front lip was half hanging off when we picked up the vehicle. Tire ended up blowing out on me on the highway almost causing me to crash. Not a great experience.
