The car was clean and easy to find.

Car was supposed to be parked at the South Park airport parking lot not sure how the address was adjusted to a different location. Had to spend additional money on Uber to the car n to the airport. When text n called the contact no answer the answer I did get was she was busy and couldn't talk at the time. We got replies way after they were needed.
Hosts are unable to modify pickup or return locations once a reservation has been confirmed. The location is selected directly by the guest during the booking process through Turo.
Unfortunately, any confusion, mistake, or lack of understanding regarding the selected address is outside of the host’s control and should not reflect the quality of service, communication, or assistance provided during the trip.
