Pick up/ Drop off was easy. Car was smooth and great on gas. Had a small hiccup in communication but Danilo is so awesome, he handled it quickly. Thanks so much

The experience was disappointing due to poor communication and lack of preparation. The car was not ready at my scheduled pickup time, which caused a delay to my trip. I was instructed to wait outside in 90 degree weather for the lock code, only to find out the vehicle still needed to be cleaned. There was no proactive communication from the hosts about the delay, even though there were at least 10 co-hosts who could have provided updates. After cleaning, the car still needed to be refueled, adding further delay. Additionally, the check engine light was on and the brakes felt somewhat shaky, which made me a little uncomfortable during the trip. Overall, better communication, preparation, and vehicle maintenance would have significantly improved the experience.

However the check engine light was on , making me very nervous, and the right headlight was not working.
