Great car, new and everything worked amazingly well. William was very nice throughout the trip.
The pickup and return process were a bit confusing, though.
I didn’t know upfront that I’d have to pay $14 just to get the car out of the parking lot.
Return: I didn’t have a return flight that day and needed to head back to my hotel instead of the airport. When I asked about the fee for returning the car at my hotel instead, I never got a response. The app suggested five different drop-off locations near MCO, but when I actually tried one of them (ParkMyShare at The Parking Spot), they wouldn’t accept the return.
William’s own facility was offered as an option too, but it seemed farther than the ones suggested by the app, so I went with South Economy instead — which turned out to be inconvenient since I couldn’t even order an Uber from there. In hindsight, I should have just returned it at the host’s facility.
Overall a solid experience with the car itself, just some friction around the pickup and return logistics.
