The host provided incredible hospitality! He was extremely responsive, helpful with troubleshooting, and very generous in offering a checkout extension. The car also had great extra touches like two types of phone chargers.
My only recommendations for improvement would be looking into a replacement for the key fob, as it was completely unresponsive at a few points during the trip. A professional interior detail would also go a long way, as there were some noticeable marks on the seats and ceiling, along with a strong underlying odor that the heavy air freshener couldn't quite mask.
I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and would love to see this small business succeed, it just needs a few quick updates to be perfect experience for the next renter. Cheers!
