I was very disappointed with this vehicle and the communication of the host. We were excited to drive this vehicle for our vacation but the vehicle was not in the shape they presented it as. Every step of the way I had to reach out to them for information as they were not proactive in providing the pickup instructions. The door was smashed up, the headlight was full of water, the visor mirror was shattered, the skid plate was hanging down so it was scraping going over every bump in the road. Just not at all how they portrayed the vehicle in their photos. On top of that the vehicle smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be smoke free. Overall just a disappointing experience. Will not be renting from them again.

Unfortunately, this was not my best Turo experience. The host was late for pickup, and during my trip I was asked to return the vehicle earlier than my scheduled drop-off time because they had another reservation. In addition, the vehicle had a noticeable dent on the left rear side that was not disclosed in the listing photos. The car was drivable, but better communication and transparency regarding the vehicle’s condition would have made for a much better experience.
