They didn’t tell us, that their personal driver side mirror is broken. It would have been good to know that before booking, and they also have a washer fluid light that keep going off. Other than that- it’s a good rode.

First time flying to Orlando
THINGS THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED
- Having to Urber to the lot where car is located. When the instructions indicate shuttle service available.
- Upon calling and messaging trying to confirm where I should be standing for the shuttle I got sent the same instructions. I asked 3 different shuttle busses if they were going to the address of the vehicle shone in my Turo app, all 3 seemed confused and said sorry they didn't know.
- I called for help and advised them host who I was and where I was. I was told they have over x amount of locations and x amount of cars. He has know idea who I am. I started over with my same info. He found me, then told me the same thing in the message already received. "The instructions were sent in the app" I was trying to advise him that no bus operator I spoke with knows where I need to go to catch the shuttle being referred to. I told him again this was my first time flying into Orlando.
After he kept repeating the same thing over and over, that the instructions were in the app. I finally told him, I will work on trying to figure it out and thanked him for his time.
After still not being able to find out where to go, I sent a message in the app asking specifically where do I stand to catch the shuttle. I got ignored. The host never responded back to that question. I ended up taking an Urber to the lot where the car was located.
This mishaps made me 2hrs late.
WHAT CAN BE DONE BETTER
Show empathy and concern for your paying customer. Enough to ensure they get to the location as described in the app.
Do not communicate the vehicles location is at the Airport when its not. Explain in the app or initial communication that the vehicle is located x miles away from the airport.
If there is transportation involved to transport the customer. Advice them key details such as in this case where exactly the general area for pickup.
If any of this info was already present forgive me. I missed it. Having said that it would not exclude lack of empathy and concern for me as a paying customer.
Other than this experience, the car was nice, clean and presented exactly as stated.

Should have been addressed prior to pick-up.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
