Easy pick up, easy drop off! Very nice car, about 40k+ miles on it already. The top comes down very easily (automatic with button push), but the first time I closed it, I noticed the rear window doesn't completely close all the way and sort of cycles repeatedly in an attempt to close completely. I notified the host immediately (about 2 hours into my trip), and they were quick to respond, but not really helpful. It would have been nice to know before I rented the car, or to have some reassurance once I told them about it, but they did not say anything specific or helpful to fix it.. the rest of the trip I was wondering what else might be wrong with the car that they didnt disclose or that they just don't know is wrong with the car... otherwise, the trip was smooth. No major issues apart from the window and unclear response from the host. Otherwise, drop off and pickup instructions were easy and straightforward.
