Great communication and overall good customer service. The car we nice and clean and everything looked as described in the listing. Will definitely re-book from them!

Pickup for the car was very easy. Overall, the car was able to be used for what we needed. There was some communication issues when we had expressed some concerns with the car. We are very understanding that unknown issues can arise. Reached out immediately regarding issues and were told by host that they would reach out to their maintenance person and update us when they heard back. Never received an update. 3 days later we received messages asking how everything was going with the issues. We were asked what we would like as a resolution and a few options were offered, one being to switch cars. I expressed that with the little time left on the trip we would just keep the car as we had been driving it minimally, but had this been offered at our initial reach out we would have switched. I was told that they were waiting on us to suggest what we wanted to do with the car. When I replied that our initial contact was left with their last message saying they would reach out after speaking with their maintenance person, there was no additional response from the host until the message with return instructions.

The car was delivered clean, with a full tank of gas, and right on time. It was a very fun car to drive and overall provided a great experience. The only issue I noticed was that the check engine light came on after driving for a while, which may indicate a problem with the spark plugs or another engine-related issue. Despite that, the car performed well and reliably got me everywhere I needed to go without any problems. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend addressing the engine light for future renters

Poor car quality. Made us get different car. Put us in a situation to ask strangers to jump our car and lose 3 days of our vacation trying to get car jumped. Seemed like they didn't believe us that this was going on." Very upset". We purchased jumper cables and oil with our own money. The oil lipstick was way low barely readable on dipstick.
Our cars undergo constant maintenance. If the oil levels were as you described, a warning light would have appeared on the dashboard (and no warning lights were illuminated); you did not report this, nor did you send any photos demonstrating the problem. We requested your address in order to assist you, but you refused to provide it (thereby declining our assistance). Furthermore, you applied a product (specifically, a silicone-based substance) across the entire dashboard without authorization.
