I have paid him every single day, no promo code, I have paid over 980 dollars and he knew I was using the car for work and him and I made a verbal agreement that he would keep this for me. Yet he booked it with someone else after he switched me to this car because the original booked car the hatchback 2017 se Ford all white turned off due to transmission failure. He then swapped another car that night but the car was an upcharge of 8-10 dollars fluctuating. He made it very clear that he did not care. If he did he would have just waited for my normal payment at full price that I've been paying for the past 3 and a half weeks. I want a full credit for having to deal with all of this. One or two days with him is cool but anything more there isn't any sense of security or trust. I am now walking to my new turo rental that is 4 and a half miles away from here which isn't a lot by vehicle but a lot by foot especially when u are still recovering from serious injuries that happened recently in January of this year. This man cares about money but not a structured daily amount large lump sums that wipe you out entirely. This is the most heartless that I've been treated. I would understand if it was a day or two but dude I've paid you on time even additionally at full price and even wrote you a kind review on your other car that completely failed on me. You won't care because the check is cashed but just know I am out here walking today to my rental because you couldn't even give me a heads up let alone a simple 24 hour message. I'm hurt but I'm sure that was your intention. I can't believe I trusted you with a 1000 dollars. I just can't believe it and you even have me the "new rental" with not even a full tank of gas and not even a half of a tank. Now I'm sure you will pile on the added fees because I told the truth but you really screwed me over and left me stranded not because I couldn't pay, but because you wouldn't let me.

I am sorry to hear about this now. There must have been a miscommunication. Yes, there was an issue with the previous car, things can happen with rentals, but I got there in 30 minutes with a vehicle to accommodate you for the same daily rate. We agreed on you being able to extend the trip with the new vehicle, which I honored. There were no bookings after yours. I did not receive any messages from you. Also because you are extending daily, turo wouldn't allow you to discount the trip.

This was a great trip. I didn’t have any issues at all. Very easy for pick up and the car was in great shape. Very clean and tidy inside. The host had clear communication and responded quickly. The car seemed to be maintained well and didn’t give me any issues.
