The car was great, the pickup location was easy and Tiago the host was amazing

Very clean, very nice car, and quick responses from host. The only issue was that the media system didn't seem to work for SYNC, Bluetooth, or AUX, so I didn't have my music during the trip. Radio worked with an FM transmitter, cand sound quality is great. I'd book with Tiago again and recommend them as a reliable and great host 👍

The check engine light turned on immediately and the gears were clunky and the car made a churning sound

Hi Brenda, thank you for letting me know about the check engine light. I’m actually at the mechanic right now checking it, and the technician confirmed it was just the oxygen sensor, a simple part that failed and is already being replaced. However, I respectfully disagree regarding the gears, as the car is fully serviced with recent engine oil and transmission fluid changes, and the transmission is shifting normally. I still appreciate you letting me know and for your feedback.
Great communication and easy to find car. Car was super clean upon pickup. Only concern is a slight trembling while driving, but had no issues with driving the car.
