Juan was very quick to respond for everything, I booked last minute after a cancellation and he had the car ready in under an hour. The car doesn’t charge phones that quickly but it’s not a big deal and the Bluetooth sometimes has trouble connecting so you have to reset the system which takes 5 seconds but it’s a great car and the top was sturdy and it gave me zero troubles I would highly recommend this car if you are looking for some sun near the beach or just a fun day.

The car was so much fun to drive. Unfortunately the tires were extremely worn out with literal cracks in the tread, showing exposed internal wires at the time of pickup, which I missed during initial inspection. I only noticed this on the second day of my rental and contacted the host. I ended up having to get the tires changed the next day. The host was quick to respond, found us a tire shop and paid for it directly. But this was still a major inconvenience and a major risk on my part to have driven the car in that condition. This also meant I had to change my plans on the second and third day of the trip. When we changed the tires we found out that one of the tires had a missing lug nut, which is totally unacceptable. Also we had rain all three days and the windshield wipers did not work well. I just wish the host would maintain the car better and keep up on basic maintenance like changing tires and replacing windshield vipers on time because the car is so much fun to drive.
P.s. When I requested a partial refund for the affected rental time the host did not respond. I ended up contacting Turo support directly and they issued me a partial refund.
