Herman is a guy that does everything in his power to get you a satisfactory rental with him. From making it easy, to wanting to meet you and personally deliver or greet you with keys to his beautiful cars, to even helping someone new to the app do a contactless rental with another user, if he really didn’t want to he had no obligation to do so whatsoever! He had delightful relatable conversations with me, he is very very responsive! Constantly reassuring customers that if they are in need of anything to talk to him, we did most of our messaging via text with phone numbers or calls. Herman was also helpful with getting around, places to check out, thoughts of stuff to do or see, car shows to engage in (sadly didn’t get around to that), he clearly takes pride in his vehicles and has the upmost respect for his customers, he will go out of his way to get you satisfied, let’s just say Herman Works His Ass Off For That 5 Star Review!!! If you have any doubt and are a first timer like myself, he will get you comfortable, and even teach you how to use the app, very patient with me.
