I have to give the lowest review i have ever given I DID NOT communicate my issue with the owner.., but as soon as i started up the car the service tire monitor system light was on.., i didn't communicate with the owners because i honestly believe they were fully aware when i read the previous reviews a customer complained about the tires but the owner immediately responded and stated that the client quit responding so i decided to give them a try anyways because surely it would be fixed.., the mileage in the owner picture and the mileage in my 1st picture is exactly the same.., i own a Chevy so that let me know they just dismissed the message.., so i wasn't going to drive me and my grandson and thankful this was a trip with family.., parked it at the Airbnb even returned it early and had to cancel my plans because i didn't feel safe driving me and my grandchild around a unfamiliar city with check tire light on

This car had terrible tires. Less than 24 hours of having the car one of the tires fell apart. The company who owns this vehicle was extremely unhelpful when alerted about it. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but it was pretty unsafe and irresponsible of them to not do a quality check on their vehicles.
This review is inaccurate and does not reflect the full situation. Once the guest reported an issue, our team responded promptly through the Turo app with safety instructions and guidance, including roadside assistance. Unfortunately, after that, the guest stopped responding, which prevented further support. A tire blowout is a road hazard and not automatically a pre-existing issue. Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained, with no prior problems reported.
