This vehicle had numerous ongoing mechanical issues that significantly impacted our vacation.

Approximately 1 hour after picking up the car, the low oil warning light came on. When we contacted the owner, we received an unprofessional and unhelpful response, telling us to pay for the oil ourselves instead of providing assistance.

Since we were on vacation and needed transportation, we purchased and added oil at our own expense.

Shortly afterward, while the vehicle was parked, the front left tire pressure warning appeared, indicating the tire pressure had dropped to 21 PSI. This created another unsafe and highly inconvenient situation.

Once again, we had to pay out of pocket to address the issue because we did not receive proper assistance from the owner.

Even after adding oil, not just low but no oil warning returned within about 20 minutes. The engine also began smoking, creating yet another serious safety concern for me and my family. We contacted the owner again seeking help, but the assistance provided was inadequate.

Based on our experience, the vehicle appeared to have been rented with insufficient oil, and the tire pressure was already low. Despite adding oil ourselves, the vehicle continued to report a no oil condition almost immediately afterward, suggesting an underlying mechanical problem.

Overall, this vehicle turned our vacation into a stressful experience. Instead of enjoying our well-earned time off, we spent it dealing with repeated mechanical issues, safety concerns, unexpected expenses, and the inconvenience of trying to keep the vehicle operational.

The car was very beautiful and clean. Smelled amazing.
