This review does not reflect what actually occurred. The vehicle was provided in good condition. During your trip, the tire was severely damaged beyond repair. You refused to cover the replacement, stated you had no money, left our vehicle at the tire shop, and canceled the remainder of your trip. We were forced to retrieve the vehicle and cover the damage ourselves. Holding a guest responsible for damage during their trip is not poor service, it is basic responsibility
