When I picked up the car, the inside was clean, but there was an unpleasant smell. After starting the car, I noticed a clicking sound, and while driving, I heard a scrubbing sound when I came to a stop. Because of these unexpected noises, I did not feel comfortable or safe driving the vehicle.
I immediately returned the car. I appreciate the cleanliness of the interior, but the mechanical sounds and odor made me uncomfortable with the rental experience.

I can’t believe one person can wake up and just lie about a smell and something underneath the car. Turo unlisted the vehicle and now we have to go through hurdles to get it reenlisted. Unbelievable. I can’t believe this woman.
