Good A to B car. It has its quirks due to being more used, but it had no issues during my trip. The host accommodated a change in the trip quickly and seamlessly, which made it easier for me.

The pick up directions were very poor, Efren was made aware. I had to walk all over creation to find the car. It would have been SO simple to note “go out the main entrance, you will see the “Y” on the mountain, head East towards
that on aisle….no aisle provided. Crazy.
The return was much easier, entered the parking lot at approx. 5:45.
The vehicle itself was not great, it would not go up the hills very well.
The only thing good about it was it
didn’t break down.
Would I ever rent from this company again? ai doubt it.

Sorry you had difficulty locating the vehicle. Turo’s pickup instructions, including photos showing the exact location, were provided through the app.
PVU does not have aisle markers, so an aisle number cannot be provided.
The 2019 Sentra SV is a 4-cylinder economy car designed for fuel efficiency, not strong hill acceleration. It was operating normally and received 5-star reviews from guests immediately before and after your rental.
Turo continues to be the best choice for PVU car rentals!
