Host great. Location great. Car is a little used, but ran fine.

I picked the car up from the Provo airport. Before this everything was good. Communication, getting car and setting up rental was perfect. Once I got the car things went down hill. We were parked in long term parking and we had to pay $12 to get out of the parking area. That was never told to us that we would have to pay that fee. Inside the car was clean but the smell was not pleasant. It smelled like they had used the same air freshener that is used in pit toilets. It made my trip very unpleasant and I had to roll the windows down a lot to get fresh air. This is the first time we had a issue with a car. We love using this app and disappointed in this car and trip.
Hi Kristy, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad communication and pickup went well. The $12 parking fee is set by the Provo Airport (not us) and guests are informed in advance. Provo Airport only offers long-term parking—there is no short-term lot. The vehicle is cleaned and inspected between every rental, and after hundreds of happy rentals we’ve had no other odor complaints. We always aim to provide a great experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify for future guests.

I had to run some errands today and this car was easy for pick up and drop off. The location was in a convenient spot for pick up! The car ran great! I would definitely rent it again.
