As soon as I turned the car on for the first time, the battery light was on. I messaged in the app and was told it wasn’t like that before. I wasn’t willing to take a chance driving a car with the battery light on, so I turned the car back in. I was told I’d have to start all over with searching for a new rental. I did that and was dumbfounded to see that this car was back on availability, which means to me they did not do anything to fix the problem – they just put it back out there for someone else to rent.

Tyler was very helpful and flexible. The car however had issues with the breaks almost making it unsafe to drive on the freeways sounded like a semi Jake break when getting off and loud grinding noises.

The car has faulty brakes. The owner has lied about them being newly replaced. I have worked in the auto industry for years and I could tell before I left the carpark that they were worn and not safe for driving. When I drove the car, the brake like came on not even 1 mile into the trip so I've returned the car and called what was meant to be a 6 week rental. I wasted 1.5hr travelling to get this car. Looking back through other reviews, others have complained about the brakes, so it's quite obvious this owner has done nothing about it.

Car is good, I’d rent again. Brakes need some work and windshield wipers need replacing. I put in wiper fluid.
