The car itself was impressive and the ride was super fun and smooth. It’s a very sleek vehicle that got lots of compliments, and I also appreciated the great gas mileage.
That said, it appeared the car had not been cleaned prior to my trip. The previous renter had very clearly smoked in the car, and the smell was quite strong throughout the duration of my trip. The floor mats were dirty and dusty, and there was some sort of sticky substance spilled on the back seat.
Felicia was a very nice host and was very responsive. She did apologize for the smell and brought air fresheners, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to eliminate the lingering smoke odor.
