The transmission gave out halfway through our trip but luckily they had a trailer to come pick it up and exchange it for a new one the same day! Pick up was easy. Communication was excellent. Would rent from these guys again.

The car was clean and ran fine, but it has a few rattles and squeaks along with some debris in the AC fan that rattled the entire time. It was much quieter on the highway/freeway than is was on the bumpy streets of Palm Springs. The AC ran cold and I had no problems with the car.
Great guest he left the gas cap loose so it triggered the check engine. Thanks for allowing us to serve you.
