I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews; however, communication throughout this rental was extremely poor, with responses sometimes coming from one person and other times from two, which made the pickup process confusing, very VERY long, stressful and much more difficult than needed to be. Timely responses, clearer directions and a simple apology would have gone a long way. On the positive side, the car itself ran well, the air conditioning worked great in the extreme heat and it had excellent gas mileage. There is definitely room for improvement in customer service, but the vehicle itself was reliable.
