Overall good experience for my first time with Turo. Ben the host is very communicative when being reached out to. The rental was affordable and had the best rates compared to other agencies/hosts that being said you get what you are paying for. It was just me on this trip and I needed a vehicle to get me from point A to point B and this rental did that. No bells and whistles needed, just A/C and Bluetooth capabilities for music and GPS (this was not catplay/android auto). Really happy with the gas mileage and once fueled I felt that it went far before needing to gas up again.

Some things to point out as other reviews have stated,

Little to no fuel- the car was NOT fueled up and had about a quarter of a tank when I picked it up. Keep this in mind when booking as you may have to fuel it up upon pick up. Not sure how enforcement of fueling up before drop off is being enforced if the vehicle was not full at pick up? I left the fuel level where it was when I started my rental.

Needs a Cleaning- Glad I had wipes because I had to wipe down the driver area as soon as I got in (steering wheel, door handle, dash console). The car could benefit from a mini detail to address the overall cleanliness of all surfaces as well as a vacuum of the trunk since there was a bit of debris (can'trecall if you see it in the images). As mentioned it was only me so I didnt need to utilize the other parts of the car other than the trunk for luggage so it wasn't THAT much of an issue for me.

Outside Gas door- I didn't have a problem fueling up since the outer door remained popped open and never fully closed. Not sure if this was done on purpose as the "fix" due to the other reviews saying they could not gas up the car. There is a twist cap inside so I didn't mind the outer door being open.

I could see myself using Ben's rental and Turo again overall. Of course every host is different on how they may run their rentals through this company.

Old but still gets you around and drives smooth!

The car was alright. Smooth ride and got me from point A to B however, it was dirty. Could use some floor mats and a seat shampoo! Also the gas pump lever on the drivers side door would not work at all so the car was left at half a tank.
