Off to a bad start when we could not find the car. The license plate in the booking picture has Illinois plates, they have been updated. We are in our seventies and we're walking around the parking lot looking for a car with Illinois plates for 30 minutes and decided to look for a car with a lock box and found it that way. We messaged the owner if he had changed plates and he said no refer to the picture which was not helpful at all, and we thought it was very inconsiderate. When we got to the car, it was stained and bur ied dirty looking. We would have gone for another car had we not spent an extra 30 minutes looking for this one so we had to just take it and go on with our trip. The smell of smoke was very strong in the car, we never could get the trunk open so we don't know what it looked like.

The car was filthy, the gas tank was only half full, and the host was unresponsive. He did not respond to the problems with the car until we were well over an hour away from the airport where we picked up the car. His only offer was to cancel the trip and bring it back. That was a half hearted, token effort that showed he was not only unresponsive, but arrogant and uncaring. The car has obvious mechanical issues that were not mentioned. The hosts photos of the car are old and are not representative of the true condition of the car

Great car! Easy pickup and drop off. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Host very responsive which is much appreciated. Had no issues at all mechanically. Drove smooth with no steering or tire issues. AC and heat worked good. Great price range! Would rent again!

Super good car. Helped me complete all the tasks I needed when moving to Omaha

We were in town for our sons , football tournament and this car did exactly what we needed it to do. It got us from point a to point b smoothly and saved us money on gas. Easy pickup and easy return!!
