Car was as described, worked well for my trip. Host unfortunately forgot to verify my license, so I spent 45 minutes waiting in a parking garage. It was late at night and they were unresponsive to many messages, texts, and phone calls. Fortunately the Turo customer service as able to reach a co-host on the account. Host was apologetic and refunded fees for airport and parking, which is why I gave a mid-rating. It was unacceptable to wait in a parking garage until 1:15 am, but I do think it was just an accident.
