he host was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear, pickup and drop-off instructions were straightforward, and the whole process felt seamless. The car was ready exactly on time, and returning it was just as easy. You can tell the owner really cares about the car and about giving renters a great experience.

The check in process was a breeze although I was running 30 mins late the owner waited until I got there to hand over the keys to the vehicle. The vehicle is just like the pictures and smelt really clean. Here is where the issue comes in… the checkout process is a bite tedious, any gas purchases you must send a proof of receipt with the type of gas used despite premium request(in which receipts only states the method of payment ONLY) the host then calls each gas station to verify after you have informed them on the gas purchase and left the receipts to verify only it to be become and even more bigger deal. To top off the experience, I rented for 5 days to be hit with a request to pay more due to policy. So my experience was OKAY!

I’m just trying to figure out whether 93 or 87 was used since the receipt doesn’t say. If I were to drice the vehicle days after this not knowing what gas was put into the vehicle it will fall back into my hands.I know you mentioned premium, and I do appreciate that I just want to double check for my own peace of mind.
And also you rented for 5 days and went over your milage. I also explained and broke down each detail never once had an attitude I respected you by all cost.
