Host was fantastic, great communication. Car worked and preformed wonderful. 3 stars because it had a very strong smoke/pot smell. Had the roll the windows down to help air out. My clothes smell like it now and I’m not a smoker so it was really a hassle.
Hi John! We apologize you had an unpleasant experience because of the odor. We have already reported the last customer who caused the issue. We also tried to eliminate the odor by using professional odor removal treatment using ozone, but some smell still lingered, and we really apologize for that.
This is not what we wanted you to experience as hosts.
We would request to choose us next time you visit Nashville so that we can get an opportunity to change your perception for us as hosts!

I can’t brag enough about how great this process with this particular turro renter. I highly recommend if you ever need to rent a car that you rent with this owner, he was a pleasure to deal with and the car drove like dream. If I ever have to rent a car again I will definitely be renting this one.
