Estuvo muy bien el anfitrión fue de ayuda en momentos de dudas siempre contestó los mensajes. Respecto al auto le faltó limpieza y los limpia parabrisas deberían ser ya remplazados pero en todo lo demás es un carro súper como.

This was the very worst Turo experience I’ve ever encountered. To start, it was within an hour of when we were suppose to pick up the car and they still had not reviewed my drivers license info or messaged me anything at all. I had to call them to have them complete the review and tell me what the pick up instructions were.
When we arrived to the airport, the “drop off” location in the economy parking lot that they gave me was wrong. My son and I spent 45 minutes walking around in circles amongst thousands of cars in an economy parking lot while our host never responded to any of my cries for help until approximately 14 hours later. The response was “sorry I’m out of town I have my friend doing this for me”
To end the trip, I sent a request to the host to drop the car off 5 hours earlier than originally planned and I still at the moment have not heard back from anyone about that request
