Car was clean nice convenient

Amazing vehicle and very well cared for!!! So grateful it was available such short notice and was as clean and fuel efficient as it is!!!

The car was spotless on pickup - super clean inside and out - except for the windows - they'd been cleaned but were very streaky. So stopped at a QuikTrip and cleaned 'em up - perfectly fine after that. Had a couple of minor issues - the latch on the rear hatch had to be manually re-closed after opening else would stay open - minor and successful work-around for that. And got stopped by police for not having tail lights at night - that was last night with car - not sure whether they'd ever been working or not. In all other regards, great car and loved working with the owner - despite age, had some zip and was fun to drive and served my needs - and owner was flexible and friendly. I did have one other negative experience tho - was unaware of any formal 'return' procedure that I had to follow online - I just returned the car on time, and spoke with a person at the location to apprise them of the tail light and rear latch issues, but then started receiving plethora of texts and emails from Turo threatening me with late fees for not having returned the car?! I replied to one of the texts that I'd returned the car on time and was unaware of any formal online return requirements so would not pay late fees. Haven't seen any late fees posted to date - hopefully the issue is fully resolved. All in all, despite the very minor issues, a very positive experience for me - and I thank the owner for her friendliness and flexibility!

Doris was a great host pick up was easy, extending the trip was easy, and the car drove well and was beautiful. Just as described. Would rent from again
