Little hiccup with remote unlock but was rectified quickly. Car was clean. Would do it again!

First disappointed Turo experience. Very cheap host. Gas tank was mostly empty when we arrived. They also dropped the car off the day before so we had a huge bill to pay for parking. And then to top it off they charged me for the exit parking which no Turo host has ever done.

The vehicle was provided with about 70% fuel, as documented in trip photos, not “mostly empty.” Airport parking procedures and fees are disclosed through Turo prior to pick up.
The vehicle was returned around 5:00 AM and left unlocked without prior notice, a trip-change request, or our approval.
