I am very disappointed by the miscommunication. While instructed to return the car by the host to another individual at the pickup/drop off location, was given incorrect information about the charge for not filling the tank fully. I was then charged a different amount without any response from the host after I responded to his original message and stated the discrepancy.

The gas not full what I do for you I give you full tank. You have to give me full tank. And the car very nice. I don’t have any single problem with it. Everybody like the car, but because I charge you for the gas talking, not truth talking I don’t like rent for you anymore.
The Nissan Versa was a great rental overall. It was clean, drove smoothly, got great gas mileage, and the A/C worked really well, making it comfortable for the entire trip.
The only small inconvenience was that it didn't have a key fob, so I had to turn the car off to open the trunk. Since I was traveling with a baby and a stroller, it would have been nice to have an easier way to access the trunk.
Other than that, I had a great experience and would happily rent this car again.

Good Experience! My only issue is the vehicle smell. Someone definitely smoked in the vehicle. I know it’s not the renters fault…. This is on the previous driver!
