Guy was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my husband when we arrived to vehicle. The car was smelly on arrival as well. And the location of the pickup was outside of a liquor store where a crack head wouldn’t leave me alone
After discussing it with my employee in regard given you the car keys, you are upset because you have sent your husband to pick up the car on your behalf and after he told your husband, he cannot give the keys to him. Turo instructions are given the keys only to the person who has
