The host said that he would meet me to swap out the vehicle due to the vibration. He did no such thing. Turo called and had me return the vehicle which made me miss my trip for my nephew graduation 😩
Yes we always here to help guest but we need to call out the fact that you fail to let us know that a big screw bolt got into the driver's side tire and was making it vibrating past 65 you also omitted the fact that you reported this two days later in the trip We all try to help you but when you realize that turo will have you bring the car back so we can give you another one you decided to cancel your trip. Cars do have a spare tires you know have a blessed day.

This was hands down one of the best Turo experiences I have ever had. The host made everything incredibly easy and stress-free from the moment I booked.
The instructions were clear, the pickup process was smooth, and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everything goes perfectly for their guests.
The car was in excellent condition—spotless inside and out, drove beautifully, and matched the listing exactly. No surprises, just a really solid, reliable, and enjoyable ride.
