Car was dirty on the outside. Hit on the right side and scratches all around. This wasn’t visible in the pictures when I scheduled the trip.

We take every guest concern seriously. When you mentioned the car looked dusty on the outside, we immediately checked our cameras and found that the landscaping crew had blown dust onto the vehicle just minutes before pickup. We were not aware of it until you notified us. We quickly offered to swap the vehicle, but you chose to continue the trip. We always do our best to help guests, but we need to be clear that the claims about the car being hit on the side and having scratches all over's false
