Thank you for your review. To clarify, no one asked or required you to return the vehicle with a full tank. Turo’s policy is that guests return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the start of the trip; hosts are not required to provide a full tank at pickup. You voluntarily left it full, yet your review creates a misleading impression. Because of this dishonest review, we will not rent to you again.
I didn’t like the Hyundai until I drove this one haha, the car is literally new and the interior has good quality and it’s super comfortable!

Alejandro, thank you for the five stars and for confirming the Elantra was accurate, well maintained, and backed by excellent communication. It is new, but also a rental—not a showroom vehicle purchased exclusively for you. Permanent upholstery marks that professional cleaning cannot remove are normal in rentals, and major companies have similar policies. If that is unacceptable, rent elsewhere; your expectations are better suited to a showroom car. Please refrain from renting ours again.
