I didn’t like the Hyundai until I drove this one haha, the car is literally new and the interior has good quality and it’s super comfortable!

Alejandro, thank you for the five stars and for confirming the Elantra was accurate, well maintained, and backed by excellent communication. It is new, but also a rental—not a showroom vehicle purchased exclusively for you. Permanent upholstery marks that professional cleaning cannot remove are normal in rentals, and major companies have similar policies. If that is unacceptable, rent elsewhere; your expectations are better suited to a showroom car. Please refrain from renting ours again.

Yasmin, we’re disappointed by this 4-star review. You acknowledged the vehicle was clean and drove well. The only issue was that we couldn’t refund fuel you voluntarily added beyond the level provided at pickup, which is against our policy. If that warrants only 4 stars in your view, we respectfully suggest renting from a larger company like Enterprise or Avis in the future. We also take reviews into account when deciding whether to rent to customers again.
