Kenneth, this review is inaccurate. We never promised you a refund, nor do we know what refund you are referring to. We did not charge you and cannot issue refunds—Turo handles all payments and refunds. Blaming us for money we never received is inappropriate. Due to this misleading review, we will decline all future reservations from you. Please address any billing issue directly with Turo. OTHER HOST BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THIS BAD GUEST , REFUSE TO RENT HIM !
