Daniel, your review conveniently omits the truth: you damaged the rim of our vehicle. Blaming our service while ignoring the damage you caused is dishonest and speaks volumes about your lack of accountability. You cannot damage someone else’s property and then pretend to be the victim. We stand by our business and will not tolerate misleading reviews. We did not charge you and cannot issue refunds—Turo handles all payments and refunds. Blaming us for money we never received is inappropriate. Due to this misleading review, we will decline all future reservations from you. Please address any billing issue directly with Turo. OTHER HOST BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THIS BAD GUEST , REFUSE TO RENT HIM !
