The car was great, the location was convenient, and the communication was good. The only issue I had was when I wanted to extend my trip for one additional day. The price to extend the rental was more than what I originally paid for the entire booking. Even when I tried to extend the drop-off time instead of adding another full day, the price was still higher than my original booking price.Other than the pricing for extending and the family emergency the trip, I had a good experience overall.
