Great contactless pickup. Car was super clean and smelled great. Great communication from host who sent me instructions prior to my pickup time which was very helpful. Would book again.

Very disappointing communication and customer service.
I still had approximately 12 hours remaining on my reservation when this occurred. After realizing I had left personal belongings in the vehicle, I immediately contacted the host. The host instructed me to return that evening to retrieve my item
15 minutes after the host asked me to come back, at 11pm, I took an uber back only to discover that the vehicle had been moved. I spent approximately 30 minutes searching the area and attempting to contact the host, but received no response. When I eventually located the vehicle, I discovered that the lockbox had also been removed, making it impossible to access my belongings.
As a result, I was left standing outside at midnight, unable to retrieve my property despite following the host’s instructions. Turo Support also attempted to contact the host without success.
The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating and left me unsafe and stranded while trying to do what the host asked I do.
Proceed with caution.
