Car was nice and clean and drove well. However Cristina with forward LLC was pretty rude and didn’t make us feel comfortable with renting her vehicle at all. Never had an issue with getting a vehicle maybe 30 minutes early however they wanted to charge me an additional $300 to pick car up 30min before my scheduled time and I even dropped off the car early for them in which I asked if it would be okay since I wouldn’t want to leave the Benz in the open in Oakland if they weren’t around but they left us on read n didn’t respond because of our earlier conversation im guessing so we changed our trip drop off in the app and dropped it off for them as instructed, but overall worst experience I’ve ever had with Turo. Everyone is different and im sure people have had good experiences with them but with our experience with Forward LLC I wouldn’t recommend booking with them.
