The car was in good condition however, my trip was interrupted because I was pulled over due to the tags being expired. And the Bluetooth wouldn’t connect to my phone.

Terrible! Pulled over on the freeway by the CHP only because the registration on the TURO car had expired registration! Not happy about getting a citation and the entire ordeal.
CHP says it’s a fix it to the owner, but my name is on it due to I was driving the vehicle.
I need a refund for this terrible service.
