Benjamin is an amazing host with top-tier customer service! I realized last minute that the smaller car I originally booked wouldn't work for my family, but Benjamin was so kind and patient while answering all my questions to help fix the situation. We had an early morning reservation at Muir Woods where timing was critical, and he showed up early with a sparkling clean, fully gassed car. Do yourself a favor and book with him as he truly goes above and beyond!

The car was in great condition and pick up/drop off was extremely easy. The host was also quick to respond and very helpful! I will absolutely be renting again from this host.

The host didn’t communicate at all I inquired about extending even though I made sure ide have the vehicle back before check in just in case .. instead of him responding with a simple answer he called Turo and had them contact me as if I wasnt planning to return the vehicle. When the vehicle was returned someone was outside taking photos of me , very uncomfortable won’t be renting from this host again
